Administrative Executive

Available Position : 5

  • Support to manage office administration duties, such as office stationery, printing and sourcing new quotations
  • Process and follow-up on Purchase Orders/ Quotation
  • Liaise with various insurance brokers for quotations for new and renewal of insurances
  • Proper filing of hard and soft copies document for records and easy retrieval
  • Drafting and tracking of outgoing correspondence: circulating: filing and tracking of incoming correspondence
  • Generate monthly reports and manages all relevant documentation
  • Schedule and make arrangement for meetings

  • Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent

Contracts Manager

  • Manage and prepare all contract documentations and schedules
  • Providing support in the estimation of project costs, preparation of specifications, bills of quantities and other tender requirements
  • Assist to manage resolution of contractual claims of a wide variety of projects from pre-tender to post-contract stages
  • Responsible for valuation of progress payments, closing of final accounts and implementation of cost control measures as well as other quantity surveying related duties.

  • Degree in Building / Quantity Surveying or Relevant Disciplines (Diploma will be considered for executive position)
  • Minimum 5 years of Relevant Working Experience in Contract Administration / Quantity Surveying
  • Familiarity with conditions of contract for public and private sectors
  • Good Interpersonal and communications skills
  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
HR Assistant / HR Executive

  • Handle full spectrum of HR duties including manpower planning
  • Administering of insurance matters
  • Handle work pass matters for foreign employees
  • Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records
  • Computing workers’ payroll
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Management

  • Understand Singapore labour laws, regulations and employment act
  • Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent

  • Perform full spectrum of HR: Payroll Administration
  • Responsible for recruitment process inclusive of job postings, shortlisting of candidates, and arrangement of interviews and preparation of contracts for new hires
  • Handle employment pass and dependent pass applications
  • Update and maintain personnel and leave records
  • Maintain personnel files and other HR related documents
  • Attend to enquiries on HR related matters
  • Provide assistance and advice of company’s rules and regulations, procedures and administration process

Project Manager

  • Responsible for site activities, coordination and supervision works
  • Ensure timely completion of all projects
  • Monitor / review operational costs and responsible for the financial performance of projects
  • Lead or participate in projects from conceptual development through to implementation, execution and handover
  • Plan, direct and coordinate all site activities concerned with the construction to meet schedule, budget and quality and to ensure maximum safety
  • Coordinate and manage all subcontractors and effectively deal with issues on delivery, labour, schedule and payment
  • Work closely with consultants and government departments
  • Must be able to handle government & town council projects

  • Degree in Civil or Structuring Engineering
  • Min 3-5 years of experience in government projects and preferably with a year’s design experience
  • Good planning, organization and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Must have problem solving skills to effectively resolve conflicting situations
  • Good team leader possessing effective management techniques to maximize employee performance
  • Strong leadership qualities, drive and decisiveness and reliability.
Quantity Surveyor

  • Manage Pre-tender to post-contract stages
  • Preparing contract documents, working on quantities, taking off measurement, providing cost estimates and managing cost information
  • Evaluation and certification of subcontractors’ progress payments
  • Prepare tender submissions, handle progress claims and progress payments, VO & finalization of accounts
  • Negotiation of price with suppliers & sub-contractors, including of awarding sub-contract agreement
  • Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers and contractors on certification of claims for payments
  • Possess good communication skills, commercial and business acumen and proven track record
  • Possess good knowledge of contract documentation to be able to provide advice on related contractual issues for projects.

  • Possess a degree in Building or Quantity Surveying
  • Min 5 years of relevant experience
  • Details oriented and accuracy in measurement
  • Experience with measuring, costing and tendering
Architectural Supervisor

  • Liaise with consultants and subcontractors for Architecture matters.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor work progress at site.
  • Continuously ensure adherence to planned timeline.
  • Maintain and monitor quality controls.
  • Prepare and submit all daily/weekly reports as required.
  • Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities.
  • Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site.

  • Diploma in Architecture with minimum 5 years working experience in construction industry, experience in building construction projects preferred
  • Possess good leadership and organizing abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player and ability to work within tight deadlines.
