Management

Mr Arasan is the founder of the CKR Group. He is responsible for the overall management, strategic planning and business development of the Group. He oversees all key aspects of the business operations. In business development, Mr Arasan has built up a wide network of contacts and is responsible for identifying and securing new projects for the Group. In addition, he also oversees the Groups overseas investments and operations in India. Mr Arasan has over 20 years of experience in site Construction Operations

Madam Nagarani is the Director and co-founder of the CKR Group. She presently heads the Finance department and oversees the Human Resource Department. She has 15 years of experience in Companies operation.

Mr Manimaran joined CKR Group on 15 August 2008 and has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He manages the overall operation of the CKR Group purchasing, tendering, procurement and budgeting of the group’s projects. Mr Manimaran holds a Degree in Civil Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University, India.

Mr Martin Goh joined CKR Group on 1 September 2012 though he was overseeing the operation as an adviser on a part time basis from August 2011. He has more than 33 years of Civil Engineering and Building construction experience, having held senior appointments in various Engineering and Construction Companies. Prior to joining CKR he was the Director of Construction Company Soil-Build Pte Ltd and was General Manager of Kim Seng Heng Engineering Construction Pte Ltd. He oversees the Management of the Company’s Operations from Business Development to Project Execution, including Procurement as well as Value Engineering.

Mr Martin Goh holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, from the University of Strathclyde, UK. He has been a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors since August 2008. 

Mr Simon joined the CKR Group on 03 August 2015. He has more than 25 years of experience. He is overseeing the Painting & Engineering departments and related Projects Management.

Mr Eugene joined on 11th August 2020. He holds a Master of Business Administration (Strategic Management) from NTU & Master of Arts (Economics). He has been accredited with various specialized programs from many universities both in Singapore and abroad. He is overseeing overall CKR Group Business Development Works.

Mr Bonis is a Master of Business Administration from the class of 2020. He is one of the pioneers in Precast Operations and overlooks the entire precast operations and supply chain for CKR PRE-CAST TECHNOLOGY (S) PTE LTD. He has international experience with PPVC and Precast operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Dubai and India. Mr Bonis has the vision to expand the business presence of CKR ICPH Precast factory, TOL and CKR Plant 3 to produce PPVC and Precast components for more jobs. Moreover, Successfully secured an LTA job under CR105 in 2022 and currently overlooking Precast Tunnel Segment Lining Production.
